What is your Return Policy?
We will accept exchanges as long as the item is in its original condition without damage or wear. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you and work together to accommodate for a new item.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Upon order receipt, our team prepares your purchased goods and ships them out no more than 2 days after payment. Average shipping time is 3-6 days, depending on the weight of your product. For international shipping, prices and delivery times vary by location.

After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.
My tracking says my item was delivered but I have not received my shipment
Dubstep FBI does not cover service errors, including loss, theft, or postal/shipping issues. The merchant should reach out to the shipping carrier to start an investigation for the package.
