In the name of celebrating Mexican culture, Mersiv will be throwing a day/night set of shows on Cinco de Mayo in Denver's RiNo District.
A celebration of Mexican culture. A day party. A Mexican market. A fundraiser. An evening concert.
All of this will be happening on Sunday, May 5th, for the inaugural installment of Mersiv's new Cinco de Mayo-themed festival.
It's called Cinco de Mersiv, and it's a testament to the vibrant Mexican culture he proudly shares with his cousin, Adrian Gallegos. The event is supporting Fundacion Musica para la Vida and The Boredom Fighters, both charities promoting music education in underprivileged communities.
Mersiv, Gallegos and the MorFlo Team have curated a festive day featuring a dozen talented artists, many of whom are Mexican themselves. The concert will be accompanied by food, Mariachi and more at Denver's Mission Ballroom site.
All of this comes the day after Mersiv's Journey 2 Mars Red Rocks headline on Saturday, May 4.
“Our goal is to share our family's colorful and vibrant Mexican heritage, and to celebrate it the way the holiday has always been meant to be shared: with everyone," Mersiv said. "The two of us are first generation Mexican-Americans, and we want nothing more than to share our beloved culture and customs with the Denver community.”
The party will start with a MorFlo takeover during the day, then transition indoors for an "In The Round" evening concert.

With nearly every artist on this lineup sharing Mexican heritage, Cinco de Mersiv showcases the diverse talent present within the electronic dance music community.
If you haven't caught a daytime event at Mission Ballroom, now is your chance. Cinco de Mersiv will feature a Mexican market with authentic food like churros, tacos and Onhell's acclaimed homemade salsa. Fans can also enjoy a live Mariachi band and face painting under the 5280 sun.
Last time Mersiv played Mission Ballroom, it was completely sold out. Don't miss your chance to see him grace the stage again at one of Denver's most modern and accommodating concert halls.
