Dubstation Massacre is back for year 5: Bear Grillz, Codd Dubz b2b Pyke, The Resistance, Dion Timmer

Halloween is our favorite time of year.
Not because of the candy, the pumpkin carving or the costumes. But because it's one of the most fun holidays to celebrate with heavy dubstep.
Dubstation Massacre, one of the country's largest and most successful Halloween raves, has just announced the phase 1 lineup for its fifth edition.
Taking place in Waukegan on Halloween and the day after, we will be celebrating all things spooky with riddim, heavy dubstep and a new, proper hardstyle/drum 'n bass stage.
Artists include Bear Grillz, Codd Dubz b2b Pyke, Dion Timmer, The Resistance, Whales, Badklaat b2b MVRDA, Izzy Vadim, Ruvlo, VRG, VLCN, Aweminus, Phiso, Chango, PROXXXY, HEXXA, Sythyst and even the Dubstep Cowgirl, THRASHA.
Dubstep FBI will be in attendance arresting criminals and writing citations at this event, which is going to have PK Sound, more lasers, more lighting and even more LED walls, provided by High Frequency Productions.
There will be a chill zone for people to relax throughout the chaos, expansive food options and even more Halloween-themed decor than previous editions.
The full-production stage 2 will be moved upstairs, and the Bass Station room will turn into the hardstyle/DnB stage 3.
"Dubstation Massacre 2025 will be the biggest version to date, period." said Anakin Arizmendi, owner and talent buyer for Wub Life.
This event serves as one of the biggest riddim shows in the midwest for the rest of the year. Not only do we get an absolute chop clinic with Codd Dubz b2b Pyke, but fans will be gifted with a wild Sanzu b2b VKTM set once again.
Sanzu and VKTM are known for their otherworldly b2b set at the DubHub x Dubstep FBI x SubMersive Renegades at Summoning Festival in 2023. The artists pulled a crowd of hundreds to the campgrounds, where both threw down one of the most insane sets we've ever seen in our lives.
Fans of OG riddim will appreciate the Badklaat b2b MVRDA set, where both artists are sure to flex their plates. Modern-day riddim fans will also be treated with Mongrel, Joust, Stayns, Otsukare, Torment, Vicious and Mile32.
For Wub Life, it's about the community and how everyone in the Waukegan/Greater Chicago area rave scene looks out for one another.
"We’ve curated arguably the safest experience that the entire Chicago-land has to offer," Arizmendi said. "Our shows are driven by attendees who care for the sound and not for the hype, which offers an experience that traditional clubs/venues can’t compete with."
So yeah, it's safe to say that this Dubstation Massacre is going to be the best one yet. And we have a hunch this one will sell out, just like previous Dubstations.
