We're watching while she's delivering: Genre-bending with friends K-WOOZY, Veros & Nat James is the name of the game.
One challenge we've seen artists conquer is the idea of being "put into a box."
Just because they've released or played certain sub-genres, doesn't mean they should always have to make music that aligns with those expectations.
Now, THRASHA has tackled this challenge head on.
The NO LIMITS EP is a project that she's stamped with her unique mark, blending elements from different styles across dance music. She's showcasing her producer prowess and we are clapping loud.
The first single, MAKE U SAY (feat. K-WOOZY), spans riddim to techno in a cohesive vein. It made us jump up and down when she dropped it at MANA Wynwood for the Monstercat Outro Closing Party with BLNK CNVS this past March.
The other three songs capture her unique take on wonky melodies, future trap with UK-vocals, and of course, a taste of heavy dubstep with Veros, who fans may remember from the duo's collab, Time Reaper, back in November on A Records.

NO LIMITS EP TRACKLIST
1. MAKE U SAY w/ K-WOOZY
2. TURN UP w/ VEROS
3. OTHERSIDE w/ Nat James
4. ONE MORE TIME
"The title of the EP isn’t just about the music, it’s about rejecting every box I’ve been placed in as an artist and what people think my music 'should' sound like," THRASHA said. "This EP is me taking full control of my identity as an artist, [being] rebellious, versatile and unapologetically myself."
The versatility shows and is especially demonstrated in her collaboration with K-WOOZY. She told us that this was the first time she attempted making techno, and our Techno FBI Division has provided their stamp of approval.
K-WOOZY is a talented vocalist based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We first met her when we went out there for the Codd Dubz show several years ago. Since then, she's grown into a recognizable name in the dubstep world, with several songs well over 100k on Spotify.
"THRASHA and I met in person for the first time when we opened for Perry Wayne here in Albuquerque," K-WOOZY said. "When we collabed, it was just so easy and a lot of fun. We had the same direction the entire time."

"We were on a call just kind of throwing around “what ifs” and THRASHA had the idea to do three different drops," K-WOOZY said. "Of course, I was instantly down for that. There’s a drop for everybody!"
And a drop for everybody there is.
That last techno drop is the cherry on top of the front-end of the song, which satisfies our craving for the wonky, clocky, dubstep-riddim hybrid sounds.
One of the heavier tunes on the EP is THRASHA's second collab with the talented young gun, Veros, called TURN UP. A few years ago, THRASHA reached out to Veros to include some of his IDs in a mix, and they've been friends ever since.
Their first collab is called Time Reaper and it released on Jessica Audiffred's A Records back in November 2024. They knew that more collabs would come after the success of that tune.
"For Time Reaper, we had a goal to tell a story from start to finish, but this new collaboration was aimed to be fun and bouncy," Veros said. "It was also another 'step up' or 'level up' in my sound design at the time we made it. Needless to say, it’s one of my favorite tunes at the moment and I’m grateful to be a part of this heavy EP."

The third collaboration on the EP is called OTHERSIDE and it features UK vocalist, Nat James. This song captures the essence of everything we love about past THRASHA songs that marry dubstep with UK vibes.
OTHERSIDE is unique because it mixes female and male vocals with her clocky, upbeat production. This song really captures the unique aspects of her art, and it gets better with each listen.

ONE MORE TIME is a spooky song that builds up into a melodic drop. It's a different sound than she's released before and features a table-turning, experimental drop that proves this woman can really produce anything.
If you're looking for something different than the norm, check out THRASHA. She's only getting started.
The NO LIMITS EP is streaming now on all platforms.
