Something ancient is stirring beneath the waters as Waterjon, Aduken release new single
The ocean has always kept its secrets buried deep beneath the surface, but some things were never meant to stay asleep.

Following a recent summons to Dubstep Court, Waterjon and ADUKEN have officially been released pending further investigation after authorities deemed the pair possible threats to the world of bass music.
Case Number: 2026-WXA-TEMPEST
Filed by: Dubstep FBI
Status: Investigation Closed
The charges:
Possession of dangerously cinematic bass, disturbing the depths, and potentially awakening something ancient beneath the ocean floor. The label, FESTIVAL TRAP, has also been implicated in this crime.
Rising from dark and unforgiving waters are Waterjon, based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and ADUKEN, emerging from the UK bass scene, the two artists responsible for the colossal sound behind TEMPEST.
Together, Waterjon and ADUKEN construct an entire sonic world beneath the waves, a place swallowed by violent storms, endless black water, and the unsettling feeling that something enormous is moving below the surface.
Waterjon brings darkness to the production, while ADUKEN helps inject the track with its massive cinematic energy.

TEMPEST transforms the sonic ocean into something sinister with distant rumbles and rising builds that drag you farther away from the safety of shore.
Then, the drops arrive with enough force to feel like towering waves crashing overhead, each impact suggesting that whatever has been sleeping in the abyss is beginning to stir.
With TEMPEST, Waterjon and ADUKEN are throwing listeners directly into the eye of the storm. And once those waters start moving, there’s no telling what might come rising from below.
So consider this as your official warning: Brace yourselves. The storm has arrived. And whatever is beneath it is waking up.

Following the release of their collaboration, Waterjon and ADUKEN were immediately taken into Dubstep FBI Headquarters for further questioning. With reports of dangerously heavy bass, suspicious activity beneath the ocean floor, and possible disturbances within the abyss, investigators had plenty of questions for the two producers. Before the interrogation could officially begin, both suspects were seated, the evidence was placed on the table, and they were formally read their Dubstep Miranda Rights:
Agent Chopstixx advised:
“You have the right to remain silent. However, anything you drop can, and absolutely will, be used against you in Dubstep Court. You have the right to a DJ. If you cannot afford one, the court will appoint a local producer to spin in your defense. You have the right to remain on-beat. Any unnecessary trainwrecks, questionable transitions, or criminal misuse of the aux cord may result in the immediate suspension of all vibe privileges. Anything discovered below 20Hz may be seized as evidence, and any bass line deemed dangerously heavy may result in additional charges. Do you understand these rights as they have been dropped to you?”
Both Waterjon and Aduken understood and were ready to proceed with the interrogation.
We started off by asking what made them decide to make this collaboration track.
"TEMPEST was inspired by a massive mythical storm in the deep ocean, blending chaos, power, and beauty," Waterjon said. "Adukën brought the cinematic bass energy while I brought the oceanic world, creating a dark, stormy collaboration that represents both artists."

During our interrogation, we asked Waterjon how he wants to be remembered through the music he creates. Ultimately, he said he wants people to feel like they're experiencing something massive and cinematic.
“Like they’re standing in front of a giant ocean storm, or watching a kraken rise out of the water, or seeing a full movie play out through bass music," Waterjon said. "When people hear Waterjon, I want them to remember the ocean, the visuals, the energy, and the feeling of being part of something immersive."
He said he wants to be remembered as the ocean dubstep guy, which checks out after all of the releases we've heard so far.
At this time, Waterjon and Aduken have officially been charged with criminal mischief and property damage after their dark, cinematic ocean bass caused significant destruction to the surrounding area.
The investigation into TEMPEST is now considered closed. However, Dubstep FBI will continue monitoring both suspects for any further suspicious bass activity.
