Dubstep and riddim fans have a new Halloween festival at the Rawhide Festival Grounds Oct. 30-31, 2026.
HEX, the brand-new festival from Relentless Beats and Aftershock, has revealed its inaugural lineup ahead of its debut at the Rawhide Festival Grounds in Chandler, Arizona, on October 30–31, 2026.
The bass music festival features two stages that are stacked with some of the biggest and baddest names in the industry right now.
Leading the lineup for the first-ever edition are Excision and Subtronics, who will be headlining alongside ATLiens and INZO. Additional sets include Decimate, Hurtbox, INAKTIV, PROXXXY, Modal Nodes, and Izzy Vadim, among others.
This new festival gives fans a tasting platter of both heavy dubstep and riddim.
With Excision's long-standing influence on North American dubstep and Subtronics' rise to become one of EDM's most in-demand festival headliners, the duo gives heavyweight foundation for HEX's debut year.
ATLiens have been on a sick one, ripping Pokemon cards on stage at festivals like EDC Las Vegas, while INZO is coming off an incredible Red Rocks headline where he packed the place front-to-back.
The depth of the HEX lineup is equally as impressive as the headliners.
Artists like Badklaat, Decimate, DENNETT, YVM3, and are leaders in the bass scene, while rising names from across dubstep, riddim, and experimental bass fill out a roster that appears carefully curated for bass gremlins, rather than a broader crossover appeal.

Beyond the lineup, HEX is leaning heavily into a dark fantasy aesthetic, transforming Rawhide into an immersive Halloween experience complete with themed environments, interactive performers, and large-scale production.
The festival's main stage is expected to serve as the centerpiece of the entire experience. This is where fans can expect the biggest productions of the weekend.
The second stage will be a nonstop barrage of dubstep and earth-shaking low end. This is where most of us will park ourselves for the entire weekend and morph into our riddim rat identities.
This second stage could easily become a favorite among dedicated bass heads looking for the heaviest underground sets of the weekend.
For a first-year event, HEX is arriving with some serious momentum. It's clear that Relentless Beats and Aftershock did not come to play.
Between the world-class headliners and the unique, bass-first Halloween concept, this festival is already shaping up to be one of the Southwest's most anticipated electronic music events of 2026.
