Ripping listeners with daggers of bass, 'CUT' is a grungy track that delivers thunderous drops and nasty vocals.
With both artists having a reputation for their crazy production skills, Cut is the collab that we've all been waiting for.
Out everywhere Friday. Nov. 4 on Rude Service, our FBI agents are now giving you an early listen of this heavy gem from Vastive and Felmax.
Each artist's signature sound blends together in the track, with the resulting cacophony of heavy riddim and dubstep that elicits unhinged reactions from listeners and massive pits at shows.
Felmax has been releasing multiple tracks lately that hit hard and pull no punches. He informed us that Cut his favorite release of the year thus far, and is stoked to have it coming out on Rude Service.
"Cut is one of my favorite songs I’ve ever worked on and is pure aggression in the best way possible," Felmax said. "Cut borrows elements from both mine and Vastive's style perfectly, and the song has been heavily supported by DJ Diesel & Excision which is a dream come true. Thank you to Bear Grillz and the whole RS team as always for believing in us!"
With his most recent EP, Carry Us Home, coming out on Subsidia and with performances all across the country, Vastive has been crushing it. Vastive told us he was delighted to have finally worked with Felmax and create something that combines their sounds together to create something new.
"When Felmax first reached out to me, I was absolutely stoked about working together. The whole writing process was just us feeding off each other's energy," Vastive said. "The chemistry was absolutely there and before we knew it, we knew we had something special that we were proud of. The outcome is definitely a perfect fusion of worlds combined and I can't wait for everyone to hear."
With big things coming up in the future for both Vastive and Felmax, this is assuredly not the last we'll hear from either artist. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled to stay updated on what they're doing next.
